10 Step Selling Process

Decide you would like to sell your home and notify me of your intent.
Meet with me to discuss the process, timeline and expectations.
Review competitive market analysis report to understand recommended pricing and marketing strategy.
Complete listing agreement and all necessary paperwork to put your home on the market.
Stage and prepare your home for photos and showings (photos will be used for MLS and marketing materials).
Keep your home clean and ready to be shown at any time while listed (you will be notified when people want to see your home).
Negotiate on price and terms once an offer is placed on your home.
Accept offer and wait for buyer’s contingencies to be removed, which usually consists of a home inspection and review of the association documents (if applicable).
Start packing and prepare for your move.
Attend closing.
